TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Written and verbal communication with players
  • Technical support to customers
  • Identification and classification of technical problems

Requirements:

  • Customer-orientation, ability to work in a team and alone, ability to work under pressure
  • Strong desire to help people
  • Deep passion of games
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • English language knowledge (at least upper-intermediate)
